About the Pink Peppercorn Deli Cafe

The driving force behind Pink Peppercorn are partners Lyn Loy, Joanne Thompson and Nathan and Nicole Allom. All self confessed food enthusiasts, the group were determined to bring innovative and fresh gourmet meals to the Pink Peppercorn table. Head chef Joanne is particularly proud of her mouth watering menu which includes pan-fried gnocchi, roast duck and tempura soft shell crab.

Importantly, the deli partners are strong advocates for the ethos of "soul food" where dining should be a memorable experience of fine, nutricious foods, social interaction and quality service.
